At HBHR, we have always believed that technology should work harder so that our clients don’t have to. That belief has driven every decision we make, from the way we design our platform to the way we support our customers. Today, I’m proud to share a milestone that I believe genuinely changes the game: AI HRGenie Auto is now live.

What is AI HRGenie Auto?

AI HRGenie Auto is an advanced HRGenie capability that allows the platform to act on your behalf, navigating menus, locating information and completing tasks, all securely and with your approval at every step. Rather than clicking through multiple screens or trying to remember where something lives, you simply tell the AI what you need. It handles the rest.

More than an answer – it’s an action.

HRGenie has always been able to answer questions and guide you through the platform. But AI HRGenie Auto goes further. It doesn’t just tell you where to go, it now physically shows you and takes you there. That shift, from guidance to action, is what makes this genuinely different.

This is the shift that changes everything, particularly when it comes to how people learn and adopt the platform. Training new starters has historically meant guides, walkthroughs, recorded videos and repeated support queries. With AI HRGenie Auto, the platform becomes the guide. A new employee doesn’t need to remember where something lives or reach out to HR for help, they simply ask and the system acts on their behalf. That’s not a small improvement. That’s a fundamental rethink of what platform onboarding looks like.
