For many years, Callum led the product direction, deciding what the business should build, why it mattered and when it should be delivered. That hands on experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when adopting HR and Payroll technology, as well as what makes software genuinely useful for the people using it every day.
He has helped take HBHR from an early stage technology business through significant product, team and commercial growth, while playing a central role in its evolution into an AI powered HR and Payroll platform.
Today, his focus spans HBHR’s overall strategy, growth and continued evolution, with a particular focus on AI, automation and how technology can remove unnecessary administrative work from HR and Payroll teams.
