Starter and leaver data flows automatically from HR into payroll, ensuring accurate pension enrolment and final calculations. For LGPS, we integrate directly with i-Connect for automated monthly submissions, while TPS is supported through direct connectivity for timely statutory reporting. Auto-enrolment is managed in line with UK legislation, with built-in reminders for re-enrolment every three years. Employees can opt out or rejoin via self-service, and the system supports salary sacrifice and relief at source.
Yes. HBHR includes dedicated tools for safeguarding and statutory reporting across schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and Further Education colleges. Online DBS processing is available via a direct API integration with TrustID, and the Single Central Record (SCR) tracks safeguarding checks and Right to Work documentation in real time — with automated expiry alerts and audit trails to support Ofsted readiness. For statutory reporting, the platform supports accurate submission of the School Workforce Census in line with DfE requirements, as well as the FE Workforce (FEW) Statistical Report for Further Education colleges.
